FitLiv Monthly Program

Our sessions begin on the first of every month – year round. 

Depending on what day of the week the first of the month falls, your first class meeting might be on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th of that month.

PowerFit Yoga ends on the final ‘class day’ of that month. Boot Camp ends on the first ‘class day’ of the following month.

Join mid-session

You are welcome to join mid-session and at any time if there is space available. Please contact us to make arrangements and to receive a pro-rated registration rate.

Flexibility for busy lifestyles

Our goal is to make a difference in your life and we try as hard as possible to work with your schedule – it is this principal that sets FitLiv apart.

We ask you to register for one class time. If you can’t make your normal class though, you are welcome to attend any other class (boot camp or yoga) or location. Note that you cannot make up a missed class during a future session and that we do not refund or extend discounts due to missed classes.

For those with unpredictable schedules or frequent travel, we recommend the flexibility of our punch cards that can be used for any class.

Boot Camp is held outdoors April – October, indoors November – March

PowerFit Yoga is held outdoors May – September, indoors October – April

  • Before and after fitness assessment (Boot Camps only)
  • Body composition test (optional, Boot Camps only)

  • Nutrition & Healthy Habits for Life curriculum [email series sent every few days to help educate, motivate and inspire]
  • Guidance & Tools for setting empowering goals and modifying undesirable habits
  • Participation in our optional Cash For Fat program -get paid for losing weight. (Boot Camp only)

FitCommit Program

Are you dedicated to creating lasting change in your life?

Then our FitCommit program is for you. Offering you our best value, FitCommit is a monthly auto-draft auto-reservation feature to ensure that you can attend consecutive FitLiv sessions without the worry of having your preferred class time fill before you secure your spot. This auto-draft payment feature takes place on the same date each month from when you initially enroll.

You need to attend a minimum of two consecutive sessions and can cancel anytime with a 30 day notification.


‘Bring a Friend’ Referral Discount

Save $35 (3 day/week camp) or save $25 (2 day/week camp) for each friend you refer or register with (their first camp only). Let us know your friend's name & we will issue the discount as a refund the second week of your current or next camp session.

Cancellation Policy

A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the camp start date. There will be no refunds after that time.
