Meet Our Team

Each of trainers and instructors have years of experience, but more importantly, they love what they do.

They are committed to having each participant have their expectations not just met - but exceeded.

They love instructing, and enjoy the challenge of creating inspiring classes that will push you to your limit in fun and rewarding ways. Equally important, they are great listeners and they want to hear how camp is going for you and how they can make your experience even better.

Nicki Coghill - FitLiv Boulder Trainer and Coach

Nicki Coghill

Fitness Boot Camp Trainer

Nicki’s first memory of fitness was seeing her mother encased in a 1980’s silver sweat suit rebounding wildly to Van Halen's Jump.  Needless to say, that first introduction to fitness was a memorable one.

Soon Nicki was running with her mom and completed in her first half marathon at the age of 15. Jump forward many years and she has now competed in all three running stages of the Leadville race series which she found to have be a life changing experience.

Nicki is certified as a Personal Trainer, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Running Coach. She views fitness as a mind body experience. Fitness is not about having the “perfect” body, but rather becoming strong, healthy and balanced. Her goal as a coach is to meet you where you are - to develop fun, challenging classes that meet your specific fitness and lifestyle goals.

With 10 years experience training beginners up to collegiate athletes, Nicki is committed to your overall health and well being.

Meghan Barker

Fitness Boot Camp Trainer

Meghan is our Lafayette trainer and is a true fitness fanatic. Certified in both personal training and group fitness, she brings a positive and playful approach to coaching. Anyone who was lucky enough to participate in her 'Monopoly' circuit class (complete with 'go to jail' and 'pass go') or fitness Game Day can attest to her fun creativity and ability to make each class unique, fresh and challenging.

A Colorado native, Meghan was on skis as soon as she could walk, and holds a deep connection to the outdoors. She received a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her wide variety of personal interests range from knitting to writing fiction to everything culinary. While not whipping campers into shape, she can be found either performing with her band around Denver, or spending time with her family.

I feel fantastic!! I have never had a workout routine where I actually enjoyed getting out of bed so early (I’m not a morning person), but knowing the Meghan had something new and, much to my surprise, fun every morning made me excited to get up and come to camp! Meghan pushes your limits but still knows how to make it fun while also being very supportive!

Outdoor Yoga classes at Chautauqua Park with Aubrey Davis of Boulder's FitLiv

Aubrey Davis

PowerFit Yoga Instructor

Aubrey Davis is a seeker. The word has permeated every aspect of her life. Since childhood, she has had a love of learning and a hunger for the unknown.

Aubrey fell in love with yoga in 2008 at a community yoga class in a church basement. Yoga was not only challenging physically, it was a way to connect with and learn about herself. Since then, she has continued to learn all she could about yoga culminating in a 200 Hour Yoga.

Her goal as a yoga teacher is to help students learn the wonders of their own body and being, nurturing courage and self love while getting a great workout! Besides yoga, Aubrey loves to ride dual sport motorcycles, read and discuss literature, and continually tries to draw inspiration from the natural world.

Aubrey grew up in and around New England, but has called Colorado home since 2011.

Aubrey has been very in tune with individual abilities, limitations and strengths but encouraging growth all along the way. This has been an extremely positive experience.
