Fitness in the Foothills might be your most memorable day on the trails this year.

Sure you’ve been on the trails, and perhaps you’ve exercised outdoors as well.  But we are sure you’ve never experienced such a fun, inspiring and anything-goes exercise adventure like Fitness in the Foothills.

We have designed this class to cater to most abilities as we will stop and regroup every few minutes for a rousing strength and cardio interval.  The class is ever-changing and you’ll never know what our creative trainers have waiting for you around the next bend.  Each second Saturday will be invigorating, scenic and above all - fresh and unique.


Use nature as your virtual fitness playground and weight room.

On this stop and go outing, you will learn how to use nature and the outdoors as your virtual fitness playground and weight room. By the end of class you will have incorporated rocks, trees, benches, steps and more and will have sweat on the brow and a big smile on your face. Maybe even a little mud on the shoes.


Do I need to register?

Although pre-registration is not required and there is no fee to participate, we highly recommend that you reserve your spot and register in advance as space is limited to just 16 adventure seekers.

Upon completing our registration process, we will send you a registration confirmation complete with detailed information on our meeting location and how we would cancel a class due to inclement weather. Below you will see map links for some of our class locations:
