I am not very fit. Can I do it?

You should not have a problem participating but it is really a matter of attitude. If you are willing to hang in there when the going gets tough you will achieve exceptional results. The program is geared for varying abilities and you are with the same trainer each day. They will be intimately familiar with what you are capable of – whether you can take it up a notch or need to ease into a modification. Choose to jog or run, leap a tall building in a single bound or instead take the stairs. We work with you to comfortably challenge yourself. All you have to do is show up and give us 100% effort - it is that easy.

I am one lean mean machine already; will I get something out of the Boot Camp?

Absolutely. At Boot Camp we emphasize that each participant ‘push the envelope’ and stretch their comfort level so that you will see improvement – FAST!  You are with the same trainer each day and they will know if you can take it up a notch. Boot Camp is intense, it’s exhausting, but it is FUN and you will see results. We’ll rotate through every part of your body, mixing in strength, explosive power, flexibility, balance, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

What if I don’t like it?

The FitLiv Promise is pretty simple.  If you are not satisfied for any reason and feel like we have not lived up to our promise, just give us a call and we are happy to give you a full refund.  Your satisfaction and making a difference in your life is our #1 priority.

Can I make-up a class if I miss a class or two?

We of course want you to attend camp every day. But we realize that life and work sometimes makes that impossible. If you miss a class at your normally scheduled time, you can make up that class at any of our other classes or locations (example: if you are in boot camp you can attend a yoga class as your make-up if you wish).

Note that you cannot make-up missed classes during a future session unless you purchased your camp session with our Single Session rate.  Single Session purchasers are able to make-up two classes during a future session.

If you know in advance that you will be missing one third or more of a session, please contact us in advance so we can pro-rate your registration fee.

What if it rains or snows during an outdoor camp session?

It doesn't happen too often but anything is possible in Colorado. We try to meet in most cases but there are days that we do cancel class. Class will be rescheduled on an upcoming ‘off-camp’ day at the same time of the class [Tuesday or Thursday for our MWF camp sessions, Monday, Wednesday or Friday for our T/TH camps].

During April and October, our Boulder boot camps will often have the opportunity to use an indoor studio in the case of inclement weather (don't worry, we won't tell anyone if we have to duck inside).

Please note that in all cases, you will have available the full number of classes you have paid for.
