Each Day is Unique

We meet 3 days/week on MWF and blend the best of popular training methods to create an effective and ever-changing program. You’ll never be bored as we incorporate high intensity interval training (HIIT), Crossfit, Tabata training, circuit work, yoga, TRX-style suspension training, sand bags, heavy ropes, water jugs and more.

Our boot camps are tailored for your fitness level and ability. If you have any limitations, your trainer knows just the modifications you need. If you need a challenge, you trainer will know how to test and push you.

Fitness in the Foothills - our special Wednesday stop and go trail class in the Boulder open space. 

Wednesday Trail Days

Sure you’ve hiked on the trails, and maybe you’ve exercised outdoors as well.  But we are certain you’ve never experienced such a fun, inspiring and anything-goes exercise adventure like our Fitness in the Foothills Trail Day.

During our outdoor season in Boulder, class on Wednesday typically moves to one of Boulder’s scenic open space trails.  The favorite of many boot campers, our Fitness in the Foothills Trail Day class is a stop and go adventure that transforms the outdoors into your fitness playground and incorporates rocks, trees, benches, steps and more.

Boot camp is better than any exercise class I’ve taken. It’s fun being outdoors and getting in a challenging workout. I paid top dollar for 10 Personal Training sessions a few years ago and didn’t even get that level of commitment and one-on-one time with a trainer.
