'Saturday in the Park' Workout  8:15-9:30 am

Saturday Drop-In Classes - Open to All.       

Our upcoming Second Saturday class will be held in a lovely park right next to Boulder Creek in front of the Boulder Library and we hope you can join us.

Whether you are a current boot camper, past boot camper, or have never joined us before, you are invited to start your weekend off with an invigorating bang at our Second Saturday morning fitness classes [2nd Saturday of each month].

Annette Bray, our Boulder 9 am Boot Camp trainer, will lead you for 75 minutes of heart-pumping fun and challenge. She will also make the class appropriate for a wide range of abilities.

Classes are as low as $13.

These 2 races, starting on Main Street in the heart of old town Louisville, are both fun and beautiful, linking together some of the best trails and roads that Louisville and Boulder County have to offer. Each event is sure to be a great way to work up an appetite for the Taste of Louisville festivities afterward!
