Boot Camp & PowerFit Yoga - The Solution to your Resolution


There is no Better Time than NOW
You can still time jump in on our New Year Camps


What better way to jump-start your New Year then enrolling yourself in a five-week fitness program - especially if you have been taking in all the 'festivities' over the holidays.

There are only 3-4 spots left in our PowerFit Yoga Camps and our indoor Boot Camps are getting full but it is not too late to jump in - but you have to take that leap quickly.
