Our Trainers & Instructors
Each of trainers and instructors have years of experience, but more importantly, they love what they do and are committed to having each participant have their expectations not just met - but exceeded.
They love instructing, and enjoy the challenge of creating inspiring classes that will push you to your limit in fun and rewarding ways. Equally important, they are great listeners and they want to hear how camp is going for you and how they can make your experience even better.

Aubrey Davis - PowerFit Yoga Instructor
Aubrey Davis is a seeker. The word has permeated every aspect of her life. Since childhood, she has had a love of learning and a hunger for the unknown.
Aubrey fell in love with yoga in 2008 at a community yoga class in a church basement. Yoga was not only challenging physically, it was a way to connect with and learn about herself. Since then, she has continued to learn all she could about yoga culminating in a 200 Hour Yoga.
Her goal as a yoga teacher is to help students learn the wonders of their own body and being, nurturing courage and self love while getting a great workout! Besides yoga, Aubrey loves to ride dual sport motorcycles, read and discuss literature, and continually tries to draw inspiration from the natural world.
Aubrey grew up in and around New England, but has called Colorado home since 2011.
“Aubrey has been very in tune with individual abilities, limitations and strengths but encouraging growth all along the way. This has been an extremely positive experience.”
