Saturday Classes - Open to All - 2 Options to Choose From-
Whether you are a curent boot camper, past boot camper, or have never joined up before, you are invited to start your weekend off with an invigorating bang at our Second Saturday Drop-In classes.
New this year, our Saturday Boot Camp-style classes are offered with 2 options: on the trail and at a city park. Here is a quick glance at your two options:
1. Saturday at the Park
Join our trainer for a 75 minute high-intensity Boot Camp class held at the Boulder Library Park. This class will be similar to our standard weekday Boot Camp classes, just a little longer. Like our Boot Camps, our Saturday classes are designed for a wide range of abilities.

2. Saturday 'Fitness in the Foothill' Trail Class
During our normal 5-week Boot Camps, we include a few 'Fitness in the Foothills' Trail Days and for most of our campers they are some of their favorite classes.
During these Second Saturday trail days, your trainer and group will stop every few minutes along the trail for a strength and cardio interval. You'll never know what is around the next corner and what your trainer has planned next. By the end of class, you will have sweat on the brow, a smile on your face, and will have worked your entire body - head to toes. Each Saturday will be invigorating, scenic, fresh and unique.
Is Second Saturday for You?
Similar to our Boot Camps, our Second Saturday workouts are designed to accommodate a wide range of abilities.
As our Saturday classes are 15 minutes longer than our standard weekday Boot Camps, you should be ready for a high intensity effort. If you are struggling with our standard one hour Boot Camp class then we recommend that you wait until you have a few more weeks of Boot Camp under your belt.

Class Locations Upon completing our registration process, we will send you a registration confirmation complete with detailed information on our meeting location and how we would cancel a class due to inclement weather.

*3 Pack purchase allows you to attend three Saturday drop-in classees at a savings. We will assume that you are attending 3 successive camp sessions unless we hear otherwise. When you pay your registration fee please indicate the dates you are to attend in the comments field.
