A few days before we meet I will send you a quickie reminder of where we meet, what to bring, etc. But for your planning purposed, here is what you should bring to the class: WHAT TO BRING 1. A great attitude 2. Good running shoes [running shoes are preferable to cross training or aerobic shoes] 3. Yoga mat, camping pad. Try to bring something thick or 2 pads as the gym floor is hard. 4. Comfortable loose fitting clothing; please wear socks that come up at least 2” above the cuff of your shoe. 5.
