      * No classes on Memorial Day May 29, classes instead held on Tuesday, May 30

When you register, you are generally registering for one class time and location. If life though throws you a curve and you can't make your normal class time, you can swap to any other time or location that day.

Class Time & Location
Class is held at 6-7 am & 7:15-8:15 am on MWF.
Louisville/Lafayette camps are held at Cottonwood Park.

Note that if after participating for a week in our Total Transformation Program you prefer to only attend Boot Camp or PowerFit Yoga, we will issue a full refund for the difference in the camp fees.



Free Second Saturday 'Fitness in the Flatirons' Drop-in Classes
On the 2nd Saturday of each month during our outdoor season we will hold special 'Fitness in the Flatirons'' classes that are free and open to the community. These classes are held on a scenic Boulder Open Space trail from 8:15 - 9:30 am

We have designed a comprehensive 5-week program that will motivate and inspire you 24/7 so that you achieve significant changes in your life in a short time.  Our groups are small, averaging just 10, and our trainers are the best around (we are very proud to have won Daily Camera's Best Workout of the Year and Yellow Scene Magazine's Best Trainer Award 3 years running).

      Are you having to miss 2 weeks of more of a Boot Camp (due to your work, family or travel
      schedule)?  Our main goal is to make a difference in your life and we try as hard as possible to
      work with your schedule – it is this principal that sets Fitness For Living apart. We would rather
      have you attend some of a camp session then not at all - how else are we going to transform
      your life? If you know that you will miss more than 2 weeks of a Boot Camp session [or
      equivalent number of days] then please contact us so we can make arrangements that will
      work with your schedule.
